Do we need to be a large company to work with you?
Not at all. We work with small teams, family businesses, and solo operators as comfortably as with larger organisations. The work is shaped around your actual situation.
What if our staff are not comfortable with technology?
That's a situation we think about from the start. Onboarding is paced so that nobody is left behind, and written guides are always provided in plain language. We check in along the way.
How long does the Comfortable Integration take?
Typically four to five weeks from the point we agree on scope. This allows enough time for careful setup, staff familiarisation, and a calm handover without rushing anyone.
Can we start with just the review and decide later?
Yes. The Easeful Review stands entirely on its own. After receiving the findings, you are free to proceed, pause, or simply file the report for when the time feels right. There is no expectation to move forward.
Is our business data kept private?
Yes. We handle everything under a standard confidentiality agreement and do not share, sell, or retain your operational information beyond the scope of the work agreed.
What do the monthly summaries include in the Support Plan?
